STOPS is a registered Non-Profit Company (NPC) dedicated to child protection and trauma support for school pupils. In partnership with independent professionals such as Lyra SA (formerly ICAS), we provide access to a 24/7 helpline, safe reporting channels, and confidential therapeutic support through a trusted network of registered therapists, counsellors, and social workers.
Our Mission
We exist to make mental health support easier to access for young people. Awareness is not enough — every child deserves real guidance, intervention, and practical steps they can take when life feels overwhelming.
By providing safe spaces, expert support, and resources that meet children where they are, we break down barriers to care and help families and schools navigate challenges together — building healthier schools, stronger families, and brighter futures.
